Methodology

BITS ™ is developed by European Software Institute Bilbao/ Spain. It is an effective communication mechanism to formulate, transmit and agree on the strategy of an organization. It helps process improvement initiatives and general strategic business plan to be apllied. Consultancy

ESI Center Bulgaria offers full cycle of consultancy in three stages - BITS ™ st@rt, BITS ™ driver and BITS ™ monitor. These stages give instruments to identify and track proper indicators, more than financial figures. They cover customers, people, processes, infrastructure and innovations to implement a sustainable improvement program.
Our expert team works closely with your management team from the first step – the awareness phase, till the implementation stage. This is our philosophy – to apply BITS ™ in the most appropriate for your company way.

Planning and Implementation

Our first task is though BITS ™ st@rt to identify how far your current activities are allied to your business goals. In the next stage - BITS ™ driver - our consultants work with your team to establish cause-and-effect relationships among your organization's drivers of success. BITS ™ Monitor is the final step of Balanced IT Scorecard implementation. It is oriented to companies with clearly mapped out strategy. Our consultants define the indicators to manage business and improvement strategy. They assist in communicating the strategy and BITS implementation plan to the whole staff.

Training

BITS ™ Primer provides the initial training. It is a one-day in-class or web-based course. It is perfect for senior managers of software intensive organizations. For those who can see the competitive advantage of implementing and improving strategic performance management. The training is lead by an ESI authorized consultant.
