Planning, Implementation, Assessment

ESI Center Bulgaria consultants facilitate the elaboration and implementation of a customised road map for CMM®I model implementation. We act in collaboration with your organisation to apply the Maturity Model to your specific needs and processes.
The standard tools used in CMM®I based appraisal are Gap analysis, SCAMPI  (Class A appraisals).
ESI Center Bulgaria provides post appraisal support for particular process area to reach better return of your investment.

Training

Course: Introduction to CMM®I, (Staged and Continuous)

This is SEI Carnegie Mellon official training on CMM®I principles. Certification from this course is useful to participate in SEI authorized process maturity appraisals. It trains participants in: assessment basis for each CMM®I process area, with related objectives and practices; understanding of how and if an organisation conforms to CMM®I process areas. The participant is provided with appropriate tools to identify gaps and process improvement opportunities according to the CMM®I implementation system.
The course is aimed at: systems/software engineering managers, who will initiate implementation of CMM®I model in their organizations.
The course is lead by instructors certified by SEI Carnegie Mellon for Introduction to CMM®I.

Course: CMM®I for Senior Managers

This is a one-day seminar providing a package of CMM®I key principles. It aims to give senior managers basis to assess the strategic impact from software process improvement (SPI). The course clarifies the resources required to implement CMM®I levels.
The seminar is a priceless tool to raise awareness in process improvement values when your organization is implementing CMM®I or planning to initiate it.
